With a cup of herbal tea in hand, learn about the vital and complex relationship we have with the bacteria living all over and inside our bodies. Boosting our microbial population with variety and numbers, and encouraging these good bacteria to stick around, is the best thing we can do for our health.
You will make your own jar of delicious 'pickled' vegetables and, as the magic happens over the next week, we'll stay in touch for any questions or troubleshooting.
